Ever wondered that if you can go back in time and can change things the way you wanted to in your day-today life.Well for some cases it is impossible to do that but, now as google being a part of our life’s now they did made this theory change a little bit for their E-mails and now you can undo an Email for a limited period of time.

Unsend an Email
As sending a wrong or incorrect/misleading email to boss or friends or to your loved ones and then regretting and thinking now there is no going back, but now this is out of the option because of the new Gmail option of “UNDO an EMAIL” to anyone.

Here is how you can do it:

  • Click the setting gear in Top right.
  • Select Settings.
Enabke Undo Send Gmail
  • Scroll down to “Undo Send” and click Enable.
  • Set the cancellation period (Select the amount of time).
Undo Send
  • Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Note: if you had Undo Send turned on in Gmail Labs, your Undo setting will be on by default. To give you time to undo, Gmail delays sending the message for a few seconds. So if you don’t select “Undo” within the time limit, your message will be sent. “Undo Email” may not work if you experience connection issues.
